Usage

dadaist2-taxaplot [options] -i PHYLOSEQFILE -o OUTDIR

  • -i, –input-file FILE

    Input file, the normalized OTU table

  • -o, –output-dir DIR

    Output directory

Output files

  • abundance_bar_plots.pdf

    Stacked barchart taxonomy plot.

  • bubble_plots.pdf

    Bubble plot (PDF) with the top taxa found in the analysed samples.
